SHIPPING POLICY

At allvendia, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. PROCESSING TIME

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
- Processing time does not include shipping time
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada                                                                                                                               -European countries

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery times):
- United States: 10-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 12-25 business days
- Canada: 12-25 business days

Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

4. SHIPPING COSTS

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free shipping promotions may be available on select orders (when applicable)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or sent a defective product

5. ORDER TRACKING

- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees
- These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our product or shipping prices
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Refused shipments due to customs fees will not be refunded

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first
- Contact us within 7 days if the issue is not resolved
- We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier

Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If the package is visibly damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address

9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for reshipping costs if you want the order resent.

10. ORDER DELAYS

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@allvendia.com with your order number and we will investigate.
